13th – 14th March 2026 : Weekend Meet – Ochills Club Hut Crianlarich

Ochils Mountaineering Club Hut, Inverardran, Crianlarich, PK20 8QS

The cottage is the first building on the right as you enter Crianlarich on the north side of the A85 (Grid ref. NN392250 OS Map 50 Glen Orchy & Loch Etive). It has a well equipped kitchen with two cookers and hobs, toaster and microwave ovens, a large dining area and a separate food store. The lounge area is equipped with a wood burning stove.

Two dormitories sleep a maximum of 18 guests, however bedding is not provided, bring your own.

There are separate ladies and gents shower/toilet facilities and a separate wet room/toilet.
Bring your own towel.

Just inside the entrance door are separate Boot Room and Drying Room both are heated and the drying room also has a dehumidifier.

Crianlarich has a Post Office, shops, restaurants and pubs. The bunkhouse is well placed for hill bagging.
Munros Cruach Ardrain, Ben More, Stob Binnein, Ben Challum, Meall Glas, and Sgiath Chuil can be reached by walking from the cottage as can the Corbett Beinn nan Imirean.

The Arrochar Alps, Ben Lawers, Tyndrum and Bridge of Orchy hills are within 30 minutes drive, with Glens Coe and Etive only a little further.

Cost of weekend is £30, payable in full to Karen at time of booking.
