There is a fully equipped kitchen and use of a drying room / dining room / TV lounge with sofas and car parking. The Tariff includes; all bedding, fitted sheets / duvets etc, you need to bring your own towels. Also cleaning cloths / sprays, loo rolls, tea towels are provided along with the electric and water supplies.

Munro Bagging / Hill Walking; situated close to Ben Lawers (1214m) / Schiehallion (1083m) / Beinn Ghlass (1103m) / Carn Mairg (1041m) to the west of us and to the north east are Carn Liath (975m) and Beinn a`Ghio (1121m), to name a few.
