We are very excited to be bringing our Kendal Mountain Festival Tour to Scotland this May. We have four incredible events planned.

The four dates we have planned for Scotland are:

Each event will showcase a collection of the world\u2019s BEST adventure films. Stories of talent, endurance and excitement to take your breath away!

Ride icy waves in sub zero winter, chase tornados, run in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and mountain bike into the wildest reaches of your imagination. Alongside talks from inspiring athletes and adventurers.

For our Scottish tour dates we have four brilliant speakers lined up: 

Jenny Tough<\/strong>
An incredible adventurer who is currently running a solo unsupported run across a mountain range on each continent on the planet! So far she’s crossed the Tien Shan Mountains in Kyrgyzstan, the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, the Cordillera Oriental in Bolivia and she’s just completed a run across the Southern Alps in New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colleen Blair<\/strong>
The first person to swim across The Minch – a notorious 24 mile stretch of water between the Isle of Lewis and mainland Scotland. Colleen endured multiple jellyfish stings and freezing temperatures as she battled for 19 hours wearing just a swimsuit.

James Glancy <\/strong>
Adventurer, wildlife conservationist and TV presenter James Glance, who in 2018 spent a staggering 43 hours floating in the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by sharks! 

Uisdean Hawthorn<\/strong>
Scottish winter climber who has successfully racked upa number of significant first ascents including The Giant (VII,7) and Han Solo (VIII,7). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
